1. Operation hours start

  • Morning Shift: 8am – 12pm or 9am – 1pm
  • Afternoon Shift: 1pm – 5pm or 2pm – 6pm
  • Everning Shift: 7pm – 9pm
  • Alternate off for Sunday

2. All booking for cleaning services is up to 4hours/ 8hours.

  • Cleaner will left early if cleaning job done earlier
  • Our pricing is same 1hours – 4hours cleaning. If cleaner done early, there is no discount on charges.
  • No relocation, only 1 house/ office cleaning in 4hours with 1 cleaner.

3. Cleaner arrival time

  • Due to traffic issues, normally if we set services time is 8.00 AM – 12.00 PM, we will inform customer our driver ETA (estimate time arrival) is between 8.00 AM – 8.30 AM will arrived unless traffic really in bad condition.

4. Cancellation appointment

  • No cancellation allow upon cleaning appointment is fix and confirm
  • Any cancellation by customers = 100% charges / no refunds
  • On the contrary, 100% service fees waive for your next appointment if we unable arrange any cleaner to you last minutes

5. Postpone / reschedule appointment

  • All postpone appointment must inform 3 days in advance
  • All postpone an appointment, validity for 20 days. Therefore appointment will forfeit after 20 days.
  • All postpone appointment to a different date, subject to availability.
  • All postpone appointments are not refundable.
  • An emergency allows – example family members hospital admission, car accident, electricity failure or water disruption are able to reschedule.
  • The company had the right to make any changes to the booking before/ after with payment is made.
  • The company will inform the customer if any changes postpone the appointment 3days in advance.
  • If a customer who not agrees with the postpone arrangement for any available slot within 20 days, therefore all payments are not refundable.

6. What’s Included in Basic Cleaning ?

  • Our cleaner will take up to 4 hours to clean up your house according to the list of our services provided.
  • Bedroom, Living Room & Common Areas
  • Dust all accessible surfaces
  • Wipe down all mirrors & glass fixtures
  • Sweep/Vacuum, and mop all floor surfaces
  • Take out garbage and recycling
  • Wash and scrub the toilet, shower, tub and sink

7. Task NOT included in the cleaning list

  • Do not climb up/ out to rooftop/ balcony to clean
  • Wash under direct Sunlight/ Raining day
  • Not providing proper ladder/ chair to clean your upper cabinet/ ceiling fan
  • Clean and deodorise the microwave , fridge and air-cond
  • Ironing, gardening and car washing, we do not responsible for any damage or broken item

8. Owner Responsibility

  • We encourage our customers to have someone at the premise when will not be held liable should any losses be reported during the course of our visit.
  • Do keep all your valuable belonging to safe place and do not let the cleaner clean the item that is valuable for you.
  • We do not responsible for any damage or broken item/ any loss in your house/ office. It is owner risk to choose to use cleaner with his own trust.

  • Please remind cleaner to be easy/ careful to some thing easy broken.

9. Do Kleenmex offer monthly visit

  • We do offer monthly and bi-monthly cleaning services starting RM 80 /visit, further information please call us +6017 3011 339

10. Will customer always get the same maid?

  • Every effort will be made to send the same maid each time. There might occasionally be changes due to illness, off days, vacation or they may be no longer working for Kleenmex.

11. Do customer need to provide any detergent or equipment?

  • For one time or regular customer must provide all the cleaning tools and normal equipments such as brooms, mops, feather dusters, ladders, vacuum cleaner, etc.

12. For move in/ move out or post/pre renovation

  • We do offer move in/ move out or post/pre renovation cleaning services, further information please call us +6017 3011 339

13. When/ how do I need to make the payment for the services?

  • We will need approximately 3 days for our visit to begin. You are required to pay us one month in advance for the amount of visit requested during that month. Payment can be made by cash or cheque payable to Jati Pertiwi Resources.

14. What if regular visits falls on a public holiday

  • There will be No additional charges on Sunday and public holiday as we will need to provide reimbursements to the maids working on those days.

15. Should I tip the cleaner? 

  • Tip is strictly up to the discretion of the customer. 

16. Provision for termination

  • We will give 1 month notice to all our customers of the replacement for the cleaning services
  • All cleaner will serve to the last notice of the period or 14 days before the last date for new replacement, or whichever come 1st
  • Customer are allow to change cleaner if not satisfaction, company will get replacement subjected availability of other cleaners.

We believe respect is must been both side. We didn’t accept our cleaner been disrespect (scold, rude, touch them)
